AND is a non-Agile word.
We encourage our customers to choose the most immediate and important feature rather than include this feature AND that feature AND the other feature until the iteration is too large to deliver.
The Agile toolkit is a set of options. A person may use that tool or that tool to achieve the same task. There is no imperative to use two tools together. Simply to use the best tool at hand. In effect, we do not decide in advance that you need this tool AND that tool AND the other tool to achieve a task. Simply that there are tools that have value in a context.
