Agile is an inclusive community that welcomes all ideas and tribes. Developers AND Testers AND Business Analysts AND Business AND Management AND… You get the idea. AND is inclusive.
I believe that the Agile Community believe it is possible to have Quality AND On-Time AND on Budget AND have Business Value.
AND allows us to defer decisions.
