Ok, I’m back from holiday and I came across this article on infoq:

Iteresting and we can learn from ths discussion. Although we challenge (in
my reality) the agile manifesto and principles. The article is challenging
the way agile methodologies are implemented.
This leads my to the following:
to practice agile agily one should be confident and competent with agile;
a level 2 practicioner. But someone learning the practice will start as a
level 1 and therefor use a practice as a dogmatic set of rules to follow.
One of the possible results of the session can be a fieldguide on how to
choose / implement agile practices as they are ment (agily).
