Choose which world you want to be in

As a dreamer I would like to be able to choose which dream world I am in at any time
So that I can stay focused on that world.
For example
- All the filters would apply to the current world (ie you can see your dreams, recent changes…)
- A new dream will default to the current world
- The tags will only apply to this world
- You can see which world you are in and switch worlds when needed
- The dashboard will list your worlds
- Register for changes to everything in a world
