As a Community Member I want to be able to create my own niche Dream Machine’s so I can help form a new community

We need the ability to create new communities. Some of these communities will be open and anyone will be able to see their work and join if they like. (If we discover that spammer types try to join, we will build a filtering mechanism at a later date…. but that is another nightmare.) Other communities may want to keep their work more private and only allow others to see their work or join if they are invited.

A community can either be a stand alone community with no direct link to any other community or it can be a dream of a comunity. Someone can turn a dream into a community of dreamers. After all, the dream machine is a dream.
